- Authors must respond to reviewer comments and suggestions transparently.
3. Conflict of Interest
- Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, professional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence their work.
- Any undisclosed conflicts of interest may result in manuscript rejection or retraction.
4. Ethical Use of Data and Research Integrity
- Research involving human subjects, animals, or sensitive data must comply with ethical standards and obtain necessary approvals.
- Falsification, fabrication, or manipulation of data is strictly prohibited.
- Authors must make data available for verification if requested.
5. Plagiarism and Misconduct
- The conference employs plagiarism detection software to screen submissions.
- Any form of research misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, and duplicate submission, will lead to paper rejection and notification to the author’s institution.
6. Retraction and Corrections
- If significant errors or ethical violations are identified after publication, the conference reserves the right to retract or issue corrections in accordance with COPE guidelines.
